The Work
We make documentaries, brand films, and everything in between. Short or long, it doesn't matter, what matters is whether the story deserves to be told. We've filmed in conflict zones and at kitchen tables, with international organisations and neighbourhood initiatives. Whether it's video production in Amsterdam or halfway across the world, we follow the story wherever it goes and make sure it's told with integrity.
How We Work
Everyone's got a story. We help tell those stories through film in a way that gets people to stop and pay attention. Sometimes that's a slick brand film, sometimes a raw documentary. We keep our teams small and nimble. Fewer people means more care, better decisions, and work we're genuinely proud of. If it doesn't feel right, we keep going.

Mark's been making videos for a decade, bouncing between continents and clients who see the value in doing it right. He started Motion One to work on stories he believes in. Turns out documentary-style storytelling is what makes content actually stick. He makes things people remember long after they've clicked away, which is really all that counts.
CIAN STRAIN
PRODUCER
Cian's worked across film, documentary, TV drama, and socials. Basically if it involves a camera and a schedule, he's done it. He's the guy who makes complicated shoots look effortless, mostly because he's figured out that good planning beats last-minute heroics. The kind of producer who actually delivers what he promised, which shouldn't be rare but somehow is.
